I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal for making our stay such a wonderful and memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, we experienced exceptional service in every area of the hotel. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, chefs, and everyone working behind the scenes — the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.
A very special thank you to Mr. Hamdi at Reception. He was always incredibly welcoming, professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
An especially heartfelt thank you goes to Chanchal from the service team. We truly miss you! You are such a wonderful person — always smiling, extremely attentive, incredibly fast, and genuinely caring. Whatever we needed, you seemed to make it happen within seconds. You made our mornings so much more enjoyable, and your exceptional service will definitely stay in our memories.
A huge compliment and thank you also goes to the very talented Chef Arthem. The food was absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. The desserts were especially wonderful, and everything was prepared with great care and attention.
The breakfast experience was outstanding. There was an excellent selection, nothing was missing, and the quality and taste of the food were consistently excellent. What impressed us particularly was the incredible organization of the team — whenever something at the buffet was running low, it was replenished almost immediately. This level of efficiency and attention is something we truly admire.
Even the coffee deserves a special mention — absolutely excellent, with a perfect taste!
A big thank you also to Prakash for his excellent organization, dedication, and professionalism. It was clear how much effort goes into ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
The housekeeping team also deserves our sincere appreciation. Our room was always exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. We could see that the staff genuinely cared and always made an extra effort to ensure that everything was perfect.
Unfortunately, we were not able to learn the names of every member of staff who looked after us, but we want to extend our gratitude to each and every one of you — especially the wonderful morning service team, the restaurant staff, housekeeping, reception, kitchen team, and everyone behind the scenes.

An Exceptional Stay!
I travel quite frequently and have been fortunate enough to stay at many wonderful hotels around the world, but my experience at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi has truly set a new standard for me. This has been, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and so much of that is because of the extraordinary team in the Club Lounge.
I especially want to recognize, Prabhu, Joseph, Kumar, Samir, Sabine, Goldie, Diego, and Chef Ritesh. Every single one of them has contributed to making my stay incredibly special.
It is difficult to put into words just how wonderful this team is. They are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, well-mannered, attentive, and genuinely professional people I have ever encountered in hospitality. There is a significant difference between simply providing excellent service and making a guest feel genuinely cared for, and this team understands that distinction better than anyone.
They seem to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask. They remember the little things, notice preferences, check in without ever being intrusive, and somehow manage to make every interaction feel warm and personal while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
The attention to detail in the Club Lounge is remarkable. There is so much thought behind everything — from the presentation and variety of the food to the changing themes, atmosphere, and even the music. I especially love the music they play in the lounge. It may sound like a small detail, but it contributes so much to the experience. The entire space feels sophisticated and relaxing, and it is obvious that someone has thought carefully about how all of these individual details come together.
And then there is the food!
Chef Ritesh and the culinary team deserve tremendous recognition. I have been so impressed by the variety, creativity, presentation, and quality of the dishes served in the lounge. There is genuine creativity behind the menus and themes, and you can see the amount of thought and effort that goes into even the smallest details.
I will admit that the Club Lounge may be slightly dangerous for anyone attempting to maintain their waistline. I arrived with good intentions, but somewhere between Chef Ritesh's creations, the beautiful presentations, and the endless temptation to try "just one more thing," a few extra pounds seem to have joined me during my stay. I suppose there are worse problems to have! If gaining a few pounds is the price of enjoying food this good, I can confidently say I have loved every second of it.
What impresses me most, though, is that the excellence here goes far beyond beautiful surroundings or excellent food. Luxury hotels can have stunning rooms, impressive facilities, and elaborate menus, but ultimately it is the people who determine how you remember a place.
I will remember this hotel because of its people.
Prabhu, Joseph, Kumar, Samir, Sabine, Goldie, Diego, and Chef Ritesh have made me feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. Their warmth, patience, professionalism, attentiveness, and consistency are extraordinary. No request ever feels like an inconvenience. Every interaction is handled with grace, and they somehow maintain this incredibly high standard day after day.
To the management of The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi: please know what an extraordinary group of people you have in your Club Lounge. Employees like these are what turn a beautiful luxury hotel into a place guests become emotionally attached to and want to return to. They deserve recognition for the care, pride, and professionalism they bring to their work every single day.
And to Prabhu, Joseph, Kumar, Samir, Sabine, Goldie, Diego, and Chef Ritesh, thank you. Thank you for the conversations, the smiles, the kindness, the incredible meals, the attention to every little detail, and for consistently making me feel so well taken care of.
