We had an absolutely wonderful experience! We came for a very special celebration — two birthdays and two wedding anniversaries — and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service made the evening even more memorable.
A very special thank you to Vishnu Roshan for taking such great care of us. He was extremely attentive, friendly and professional, and made sure we enjoyed every moment of our celebration.

The experience was top tier! I ate on the dining area every day because the staff was always so friendly and amazing. They remembered my name and knew what I liked to drink and they made me feel so welcome. Diego, Joseph and Prabhu always worked hard in the dining area and were always so attentive. My drink glass was never empty as long as they were around. Chef Laila makes the best omelets! Seeing Dipika always made my day so much brighter! The resort is beautiful but the people made it a truly wonderful experience.
I recently had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The property itself is beautiful, the hospitality is outstanding, and the level of service truly reflects the Ritz-Carlton standard.
What made my stay particularly memorable, however, was my experience in the Club Lounge, especially because of two exceptional members of the Ritz-Carlton team, Prabhu and Kumar.
During my visits to the lounge, both Prabhu and Kumar consistently provided an extraordinary level of service. They were professional, attentive, warm, and incredibly personable. They have that rare ability to make you feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply being served. Every interaction was enjoyable, and their friendly personalities made returning to the lounge something I genuinely looked forward to.
Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant impression on me throughout my two-week stay. They represented the Ritz-Carlton brand exceptionally well and demonstrated exactly what outstanding hospitality should look like.
It is employees like Prabhu and Kumar who turn a very good hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. In my opinion, their dedication and exceptional service deserve to be recognized. I sincerely hope that management considers them for a well-deserved promotion and salary increase, as they are both tremendous assets to the Ritz-Carlton team.
I would like to personally thank Prabhu and Kumar for making my time at the Club Lounge so enjoyable. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality will be one of the things I remember most about my stay.
I would happily return to The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to see Prabhu and Kumar again on my next visit. They are a credit to the hotel and exemplify the very best of Ritz-Carlton hospitality.
