Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Marah. She was incredibly kind, attentive and professional throughout, always making sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well looked after.

Her friendly attitude, attention to detail and genuine care really made a difference. It has been always a pleasure to be attended by someone who clearly takes pride in providing excellent service.

Location was okay not much of an atmosphere at the hotel. The concierge and reception team were not welcoming, the front house team specifically Roshan need training on how to welcome and greet guests. Need to mention Franco at the pool side and Zenou and Hope in the restaurant who were most welcoming with a smile. I had fully inclusive Light and don't drink Alcohol but had to pay £6 for an ice lolly at the pool side which was extortionate. Rooms were okay but not equipped for a couple, 1 x toothbrush, 1 x Slippers, 1 x Bathrobe. I also had to request for a prayer mat which never arrived, got fed up of keep having to ask for things. No rooms with balconies at this hotel, had a good view of the Sea from a high floor room. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't go there again.
