I had such a wonderful experience at the lounge at Sheraton Abu Dhabi, and a big part of that was thanks to Noshadi and Ismiti. They were absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm smiles, excellent service, and attention to every little detail really made our experience special.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at the Sheraton on the Corniche was smooth, comfortable and truly special. By the end of it, we didn't want to leave. Every member of staff we met was polite and warm, and always had a smile ready.
The person I'll remember most, though, is Mr Ashok Suror, the Security In-charge.
After arriving from Sight Seeing , I realised I had left my phone in the cab that dropped us at the hotel. When I told the front desk, Mr Ashok appeared almost out of nowhere. He calmly asked for a few basic details and then said, "Don't worry, carry on with your day. I'll see that you get it back." When you loose your phone it is not just about the Cost of the Instrument but the whole experince of loosing the data on the phone
I'll admit I was sceptical. I went about my day not expecting much. That evening, I casually asked at the counter whether there was any news, and voilà, there was my phone, waiting for me. There was no fuss and no drama; it was simply done.
It looked effortless, but I'm sure a lot went on behind the scenes to make it happen. The same is true of everything that made our stay so comfortable, and I'm grateful to the whole team for it.
It's true what they say: not all superheroes wear capes. Thank you, Mr Ashok, and thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for making our stay so special.
