Upon our arrival at the hotel, the reception service was excellent and we were pleased with the quick check in process. We enjoyed a delicious Arabic lunch followed by some relaxing time at the pool; the setting was beautiful, offering views of both a mosque and the sea. The service staff were courteous, and Hossam who was at the pool helped us join in on sports activities including a run along the beach, which was a highlight of our trip There is also a gym just five minutes away from the hotel; it was a wonderful experience overall. We noticed a beach area to the left of the pool that was closed off; I would recommend opening it in the future, as we really liked its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful green spaces—it seemed perfect for families.

This is my home away from home. Every year I return to this hotel and there is no other hotel I’d choose. Nader always goes above and beyond to ensure that the comfort of the individual is met. By the time I arrive, he ensures the room is organized, clean and everything is fully checked.

We have had a great stay at the Shangri-la, the room was great and super spacious and Brahma kept it super clean and tidy for us! The pool area was perfect and the desert section and the buffet was elite.
