The service crew at Al Mizah Restaurant are very polite, friendly, and accommodating to their guests. Special thanks to Deyza, Manik, and Ashish for their excellent service. The food is delicious, and the pool is big and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy great food. ❤️

A very special appreciation to Ms. Molly for her outstanding assistance and hospitality. She was very accommodating, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Her warm approach and willingness to assist really stood out and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Excellent customer service makes such a big difference, and Ms. Molly is definitely someone who deserves recognition for going the extra mile for the guests.

A big shout-out to Mr. Shohidul, Ms. Janeta and Mr. Islam in Al Mizah Restaurant, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about our lunch dining stay was perfect. Mr. Shohidul showed his warm attitude, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond that reflect the highest standards of customer service. ❤️☺️
