I would like to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of Ms. Thinzar Phyoe during my recent interaction with her. I found her manner of communication to be rude and unprofessional. As a guest, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect; however, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. In the hospitality industry, professional and respectful communication is essential to ensuring a positive guest experience. I believe this matter should be reviewed, and I kindly request that appropriate action, guidance, or additional training be provided to help improve future guest interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will review this concern and take the necessary steps to maintain the high standards of customer service expected by your establishment.

If you are looking for a good quality brunch with family and friends as well as a perfect day at the pool, you should try the Rosewood Brunch at Glo terrace. The food was very fresh, great options and good value while the relaxing time at the pool, watching the sunset was the perfect way to end the day. We have celebrated my husband’s birthday and I have to thank the staff team for their kind and thoughtful attention 💕 The staff there mentioned that the brunch around the pool terrace will only be available for another few weeks, as the weather will allow, so I strongly recommend you don’t miss the opportunity before it will move back indoors 🥂
