Great Housekeeping staff
Due to a mistaken switch, the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was left on throughout the day. When I reported the issue, a call to the front desk resulted in prompt service, and housekeeping was quick to come and make up the room. A special thank you to Kabita and Rakash for their excellent assistance.

Great stay
The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is quite close to the airport yet close to the downtown business area. The restaurant and in-room dining options were great. I would truly like to appreciate one Mr. Rajesh at the Saffron restaurant who went above and beyond and made my dining experience extra special. The staff are very professional and well trained to handle business guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre Hotel in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were of superb quality, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccable, reflecting a very high standard of care and professionalism.
The reception team were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always happy to help with a smile.
The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food and excellent service. It was the perfect way to start the day.
I would especially like to recognise Asteya in the restaurant. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. Every morning she served me tea with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Her pleasant personality, caring nature, and constant smile made each breakfast even more enjoyable. She truly deserves a five-star rating for her exceptional customer service and dedication.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, immaculate cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and exceptional staff made my stay truly memorable. I will most definitely return whenever I visit Abu Dhabi and would highly recommend the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre Hotel to anyone looking for first-class hospitality.
