Outstanding Service from Pauithra & Febe
After spending more than a month at Park Rotana Hotel with my family, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Pauithra and Febe for the exceptional care they have given us every single day. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, they have always looked after us with genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail. No matter how busy they are, they always greet us with a warm smile and make us feel welcome and valued. Their positive attitude, dedication, and outstanding service have truly made our stay unforgettable. They are a real asset to Park Rotana, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they have done for our family. Thank you, Pauithra and Febe, for your hard work, your kindness, and for making us feel at home. We will always remember your wonderful hospitality.
Great team and experience
We celebrated a family birthday at Ginger Restaurant, and I can honestly say their 4.6-star rating is well deserved. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety to suit everyone’s taste.
The service made our celebration even more memorable. A special thank you to Pavithra, Febe, and Inam for their exceptional hospitality. We didn’t have to remind them that we were celebrating a special occasion, they already knew exactly when to surprise us with the birthday song and celebration. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly special.
Kudos to the entire team! Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and provided outstanding service. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Guest experience at the Restaurant
The food and ambience was great Breakfast and lunch was amazing .The restaurant staff were so friendly and service was five star - they kept checking on us regularly special thanks to our dear friend Tinashe and his team Komal bikash Vinod Febe Jay vinal Pavitra and James was so good .

Amazing experience starting from booking confirmation with Sales Manager, to checkin/checkout with Mr.Mohammed & Mr. Bo bo to the Chef Ms. Komal Singh, Mr. Rafeeq and waiters at Ginger in Park Rotana/ Arjaan Abu Dhabi. location is quite and clean neat and quite rooms with zero noice level and all required amenities. Atmosphere is pleasant. Rooms are comfortable. Value for money.
