Air conditioning should be precise….and should have more food options…. 
Rest property is big, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly….
Some rooms are like a 1 bedroom appartment with kitchen so good to plan with a big family and kids are too…

Nice hotel

We are a family of 2+3, and we just came back from a holiday to UAE. We had a lovely stay at Rotana. Everyone was very welcoming and caring. From the staff at the reception, from the kitchen staff to the pool staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. They were cleaned each day with a new set of towels (if required). We were on half-board basis and that was a good decision. The selection of food was vast and it was delicious. Even though my two sons are picky eaters they managed to find food to their taste. 
The location was good (only 20mins away from the airport) and another 20mins to downtown Abu Dhabi in opposite direction. However if you prefer quicker access to the point of interests you may want to choose a hotel closer to the centre. 
Thank you once again to the whole Rotana staff for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Rotana stay April 2025

We stayed for ten nights and loved every minute of our stay. The staff were all friendly and courteous and went above and beyond our expectations in every way. We spent every evening in the garden of coopers bar. Was so lovely to be greeted every evening by the security guy Emanuel and then served by the amazing staff out there. Big shout out to marj and gaurav who got to know us so well that they brought our drinks and food very swiftly and always served us with a smile and even got to know what drinks we were having before we asked. All the staff at the coffee shop were so very polite and friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Big shout out to the chef at coopers because the food was incredible. 
The hotel is so clean and our room cleaners were amazing too. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return. Thankyou to all staff xxx

Absolutely fantastic

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, relaxing ambiance that made the stay even more enjoyable. The reception staff were friendly and professional. There was a Russian-speaking gentleman at the front desk who was especially helpful during check-in—unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I really appreciated his assistance.

I visited the pool area.  Upon my arrival. I was immediately greeted by Selvara, J.  He handed me a talk and helped me with understanding how and what the hotel has to offer.  He was amazing,  I will be back!! I enjoyed my breakfast.  I also had an enjoyable evening last night.  Emanuel at Coopers Bar and Grill was an amazing host as well.
