We stayed at Level 45 for a total of 12 nights. From our arrival at the hotel, throughout our stay, and right up to our departure, the experience was defined by the unique atmosphere that only this hotel radiates. Everything—from the perfect location (offering both swimming opportunities and proximity to several restaurants) to the luxurious design—ensures we will return time and again. The food is in a class of its own, ranging from the offerings at Level 45 to the breakfasts at Rosewater. However, the absolute greatest asset is the staff we got to know. They made us feel welcome every time we saw them and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to mention the team at Level 45: Jimmy, Reizel, Englesos, Anugurah, Anolu, Riaizan, and Sous Chef Souraya. At Rosewater, we want to acknowledge Marie, Chingringam, Nina, and—not least—Anne, who looked after us every time we arrived at the restaurant. Finally, we want to highlight two people who really stood out in the lobby: Peter, who went the extra mile for our well-being, and Gloria, whose cheerful nature made the trip complete. I had a truly wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island during our corporate celebration and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ajeet and his entire banquet team for their outstanding service.
From the moment we inquired, the team was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and well-organized. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience feel effortless and special.
Mr. Ajeet deserves a special mention for his excellent coordination, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The entire banquet team worked seamlessly together and made sure every little detail was taken care of with a smile.
It is this level of service and personal attention that truly makes a luxury hotel experience memorable. Thank you, Mr. Ajeet and team, for making our experience so pleasant and memorable.

our fourth time visiting this wonderful hotel, we come every year started wth two week vacation first time now up to 24 nights in 2026, all going well will be 28 nights next year, the hotel staff are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you, from the guys at reception area to the general manager every one is fantastic, we go in the hot months as we love the sun with the lovely pools and beach, rooms are beautiful and well serviced, restaurants are fabulous and the servers second to none with the attention given to you, the Restaurant manger and all assistant managers can't do enough to make your stay perfect. plenty of choice in the food hall something for everybody to chose from, for a holiday you cannot do better than stay at the hotel and be looked after like royalty.

Our family spent an extended period at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, and what truly transformed our stay from an excellent hotel experience into something we will remember for years was the extraordinary kindness of the people who looked after us — especially the wonderful team at Camp Hyatt.
For families travelling with children, Camp Hyatt deserves very special recognition. It is far more than a kids’ club or an entertainment area. It became a place where our daughters felt happy, safe, welcomed and genuinely cared for. As parents, there is no greater compliment we can give.
Our deepest and most heartfelt thanks must go to Hira. For more than two months, our daughters spent time at Camp Hyatt, and Hira cared for them with an extraordinary level of affection, patience and attention. She did not simply supervise them — she got to know them, understood their personalities, made them feel special and created an environment they were genuinely excited to return to every day.
For a parent, entrusting your children to someone is something very personal. Seeing how happy our girls were with Hira gave us complete peace of mind. The affection they developed for her speaks louder than anything we could possibly write here. Hira became part of their memories of Abu Dhabi and, in many ways, part of our family’s story there. We will always be grateful to her for the kindness and genuine care she showed our daughters. She is an exceptional professional and an even more exceptional human being.
We would also like to give our sincere thanks to Charity, whose kindness, warmth and attention at Camp Hyatt helped make our daughters’ experience so enjoyable. People like Hira and Charity are exactly what make a children’s club truly outstanding: they create an atmosphere in which children do not simply stay — they belong.
A very special mention goes to Grant, who always welcomed our family so warmly at reception. His kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel recognised and at home from the moment we arrived. That kind of personal welcome makes an enormous difference, especially during a long stay.
And finally, our sincere thanks to Bappi from Housekeeping. During an extended stay, housekeeping becomes an essential part of daily life, and Bappi’s attention, reliability and kindness were remarkable. He always made sure that everything was perfectly taken care of and did so with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms, impressive facilities, beaches and excellent restaurants. But what ultimately makes a hotel unforgettable is its people.
That is exactly what happened to us at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi.
Hira, Charity, Grant and Bappi — thank you. You did much more than provide excellent service. You made our family feel genuinely cared for, and you gave our daughters memories that they will carry with them long after leaving Abu Dhabi.
