I would like to express my sincere appreciation to every member of the hotel team, from the security staff to the receptionists, restaurant team, chefs, managers, and everyone else who contributed to making our stay so special. We had originally booked a standard room, but since we were staying for eight days, the receptionist kindly and generously offered us one of the best rooms in the hotel, with a beautiful sea view and a central location, allowing us to enjoy the very best experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed with guests’ comfort in mind — convenient, fast and effortless. The room was equipped with every little detail you could possibly need, and all the amenities and personal care products were of excellent quality. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed with lovely little surprises. Even providing a beach bag in the room was such a thoughtful and impressive gesture. Everything was truly at the highest level. The restaurant where we had our meals deserves special mention as well. The service was at a true high-end restaurant level rather than the usual buffet-style experience. The managers and waitstaff were incredibly warm, attentive and professional. And the food was simply amazing — delicious, fresh and extremely diverse. It was honestly impossible not to find something that suited your taste. The pool and beach teams also made a great impression. They were constantly providing chilled water, fresh towels and assistance whenever needed, always making sure everything was comfortable for us. The beach itself was beautifully maintained and clean, and the sea was absolutely wonderful. I would also like to highlight the concierge service. The concierge helped me quickly and efficiently find the medication I needed online from local pharmacies and responded incredibly fast and accurately. This level of care and responsiveness truly made a difference. Overall, I have already recommended this hotel to people close to me who are planning to visit Abu Dhabi, and I will definitely be coming back here myself. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

This holiday was to mark a few special occasions for us and we wanted guaranteed heat and good weather. Our daughter had stayed here last year and thought it would be a nice place to visit for us. Having made it to the hotel without any traffic was a pleasant surprise and a smooth check in made it a good start. The room we were allocated was a little dark and so an alternative was offered on a higher level which was much appreciated and were shown around by Manoj who was polite and very helpful. The room was generous in size with a balcony giving us a sea and pool view. The grounds are well maintained and the 3 pools all manned by life guards. The Beach house by the sea was great for drinks and light bites whilst admiring the coastal view, here Dev was the attendant who served us and was engaging in providing suitable options for eating. The dining options were not what we were expecting as HB was full buffet in the Cafe and no supplement towards HB in the Italian restaurant which we thought was also a part of the HB option. Disappointed! The staff in the buffet areas for breakfast and dinner were nice and always ready to greet you with a smile. However, a big shout out goes to some individuals who shone out with their welcomes, smiles , remembering what our choice of drinks were and going out their way to cater to our needs. These people were Palak, Jasleen, Jasmine, Ashim & Arif who made great dosa’s every morning. The floor managers at the Cafe were also very engaging and welcoming. The food options were good although more vegetarian main dishes would have been welcomed. A very nice stay at a hotel that made you feel welcomed and safe. Definitely a good choice if you want a relaxing holiday with attentive staff and beautiful grounds and rooms.
