Great service by all staff, especially Mr Jamir Ansari extremely helpful and very nice guy with a great service. I will choose this hotel for sure.

Had a wonderful breakfast, great food, friendly and very attentive service. Specially want to mention Raju Lama for a delicious dosa. We will definitely come back.

A Wonderful Welcome to Abu Dhabi — A Truly Exceptional Stay (5-star rating)

My husband and I relocated to Abu Dhabi for his new job, and we were incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful soft landing at the Marriott Al Forsan, where we spent the entire month of August.

From the moment we arrived at 3:00 a.m., we felt genuinely welcomed. Raul greeted us with a warm Marriott welcome that immediately made an unfamiliar place feel a little more like home.

Our room was enormous and easily accommodated our six large suitcases and two carry-on bags, which was no small feat after an international move! Throughout our stay, the staff at the main reception were consistently wonderful. Andrew, Karem, and Jennifer were always there with a smile, ready to answer my many questions and help us navigate our new surroundings.

The breakfast buffet became one of the highlights of our days. It was an enormous treat every morning, and from our second day onward, the staff greeted us by name. That small gesture made a surprisingly big difference and helped us feel that we belonged.

Islam, Beleif, and all the other members of the breakfast team whose names have regrettably escaped me—but certainly shouldn't have—went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for.

We also loved the team at Appaloosa. They welcomed us every time we came in and often anticipated what would make our experience more enjoyable. One evening, when a particularly rowdy group was making things a little less relaxing, the team actually suggested moving us to a quieter table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly captured the level of service we experienced throughout our stay.

The fitness center and swimming pool teams were equally fantastic. The pool, in particular, became our answer to spending time outdoors during the hot month of August. From 4:00–7:00 p.m., it was absolutely idyllic, and we looked forward to that time every day. We will miss it very much!

The friendly and efficient young man who cleaned our room always went out of his way to add special touches. He had a special knack for always arriving at the perfect time.

Even the technology support was excellent. The team helped us get our Apple TV connected so we could enjoy our favorite shows in the evenings—a small thing, perhaps, but exactly the kind of thoughtful assistance that made our month so comfortable.

After a month, it is surprisingly sad to leave. In fact, I feel a little like I'm leaving adult summer camp! We arrived as newcomers to Abu Dhabi and leave feeling that we have been genuinely looked after by a wonderful group of people.

We will definitely be back often to enjoy the food, facilities, pool, and, most importantly, the exceptional staff.

Thank you to the entire team at the Marriott Al Forsan for giving us such a warm and memorable introduction to our new home in Abu Dhabi. We couldn't have asked for a better first month.
