Best experience and service
I had an excellent dining experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
I would especially like to recognize Soumya, Thoe, and Abegail and the chef from Sudan in the restaurant. They were amazing, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and dedication. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable.

Courteous staff, Tasty food and very clean place.
Very good food, staff are polite, helpful and courteous. The supervisor of the restaurant Soumya was very helpful with facilitating an event for me. The food was tasteful so l invited friends for dinner to the restaurant.
Fifth day at the hotel
Rooms are absolutely comfortable with great room service. Excellent variety at breakfast with exceptional help from staff especially Somya the personnel in charge of the restaurant who even facilitated us inviting family for dinner. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely come back again.

Every team member was consistently professional, friendly, and eager to assist, creating a welcoming environment that felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Narimen for her outstanding support throughout my stay. Her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were remarkable.
