We could not book any room due to poor cooperation over the phone call....
The atmosphere was amazing, farhad was waiting on us and he's very very friendly. Overall super nice experience love it!
We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Abu Dhabi and would definitely recommend it. We stayed on a half-board basis, with a full buffet breakfast in the main restaurant and additional food and drinks available in the Club Lounge throughout the day.
The Lounge was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a great selection of salads, sandwiches, sushi, hot snacks, fresh fruit, and mind-blowing desserts. Soft drinks, tea and coffee were available throughout the day, with alcoholic drinks served during Happy Hour.
What really made the Lounge special, however, was the staff. The entire Club Lounge team 🫶🏼 consistently went above and beyond. Everyone was attentive, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure guests were comfortable.
A very special mention has to go to Yu Nandar Kyaw, who was simply incredible. Yu is one of those rare people who clearly and genuinely loves what she does. She gave us recommendations, remembered our preferences, and did everything possible to accommodate guests’ requests, even when it was clearly outside her usual responsibilities. Yu truly made our stay unforgettable ❤️❤️❤️
I sincerely hope management knows how valuable she is. People like Yu are exactly what make guests remember a hotel long after the trip itself is over.
The same warmth could be felt throughout the hotel, from the wonderful team in the main restaurant to the incredibly friendly lifeguards 💪🏽. It’s clear that Le Méridien has genuinely lovely people working across the property, and that made a real difference to our stay.
We are staying at this loverly resort in Abu Dhabi although it exceptionally hot for this time of year all the indoor areas are nice and cool. We are find everyone so helpful from the lifeguards in the pool area to the cleaning staff for your rooms even the pool cafe looked after us very well. Our cleaner was Birendra Lo great guy. Unfortunately we don't have everyone's name we would like to mention. Please keep up the good work in making our stay successful experience
I recently visited Le Méridien for afternoon tea and had such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and perfect for spending a peaceful afternoon.
The afternoon tea selection was beautifully presented, and everything was enjoyable. The service was warm, attentive, and made the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a wonderful afternoon and a lovely place to enjoy tea, delicious treats, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice afternoon tea experience. ☕️🫖✨
