Located on a T shaped island in the Persian Gulf, Abu Dhabi is the capital of the United Arab Emirates and the second most populated. A spectacle to behold, the city shows just what a modern metropolis can be; however, while the wealth of the city is apparent this understated city focuses more on culture than pure glitz and glamour.
Hotel is really good, restaurants are outstanding and the staff and service are second to none. They couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our holiday. The Bayshore must get a special mention as the staff there are incredible. Sejin and his team have been the absolute best and made our holiday even more special. Thank you to all ❤️ only down side to the hotel is the lack of atomosphere at the bayshore through the week but the DJ on Saturdays around the pool makes such good vibes. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms we have been to. All inclusive can be a little confusing and doesn't necessarily mean all inclusive so just check beforehand. Would definitely revisit 🫶
This is our 5th time staying at this beautiful hotel, and once again, we have had the most wonderful experience. The staff, amenities and food are all first class.

And, of course, we cannot forget Razaul, who made our stay complete by taking such wonderful care of our room. It was always spotless, clean and tidy, with those lovely little extra touches. As it was our anniversary, Razaul even placed fresh flowers in our room — such a thoughtful gesture. I only wish I could have taken the flowers home with me!
Finally, a huge thank you to all the staff who work so hard behind the scenes. You can genuinely see how much pride and care you take in your work and how much you love working for InterContinental.
The whole hotel is always clean, fresh and beautifully maintained, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for anyone.

What can I say from the moment Badu checked us in to when he checked us out.The quality of everything was exceptional without being too intrusive.Carolyn in selections restaurant who always had the most welcoming smile and Ahmed in the fish market who ran this restaurant with absolute perfection! Nothing was ever too much trouble!I highly recommend this hotel with its complex to everyone.This hotel has the lot! Highly recommended and we will most certainly be returning...a real gem of a place!
