Once again thank you so much all the IBIS team and breakfast team to make my stay joyfull any nice 100% recommended.
I arrived at the hotel at midnight and my hotel wasn’t ready yet so I had to wait another 30 minutes for my room, when the check in time is at 3 pm Total disaster
I had visited the restaurant horizon for breakfast and dinner as well and the food was excellent and the service was very excellent. The staff in the restaurant were of high standard hospitality. Great wishes to Mamta who did a great service. Wishing the whole crew a very good work.
The location is nice and at Abu Dhabi island outer side which make it closer to Yas Island and easy to access, the Hotel is modern and nice and there is free value parking, it is business hotel setup mean you handle your leguage and the room is quite smaller comparing to other hotels. it's good value for such facilities, the room is comfort and quite, service is good and staff is friendly. There is small supermarket in the hotel and you have access to Novetall hotel which is connected to Ibis. you need to request what you need, such as face tawels as they keep everything to the minimum.
We stayed at ibis Abu Dhabi Gate and, overall, it was a decent stay for the price.
When we arrived, the hotel was quite busy and we had to wait a while for our rooms to be ready. It was a bit of a slow start, but once we got to the rooms, everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained.
Breakfast was decent with enough choices to start the day. Nothing extravagant, but considering what we paid, we felt it was perfectly reasonable.
The hotel itself is fairly simple, but if you’re mainly looking for a clean place to stay without spending too much, it does the job. For a budget hotel, we were happy with the overall value.
A good option if you’re looking for an affordable stay in Abu Dhabi.
