Great atmosphere great service fantastic experience
Wonderful Experience
The staffs, especially the receptionists understand my needs. The room is very extraordinarily nice. The location is very strategic in the suburb of Abu Dhabi, near my residential location. I fancy the cleanliness and the price does worth the overall service I received.
New premium room, disappointing!
Stayed for just 3 days, paid for premium room, given a new upgraded room. 1st night water leak at midnight flooding bathroom, was fixed within the hr, ceiling in bathroom left a mess! 2nd day reported fridge not working, nothing changed when we arrived back, reported to reception brought up a mid-size fridge which had to live in the middle of the room! No cleaning done, wasn’t made aware that the sign needed to be on the door. Also when we arrived no bed made up for my son & I asked for a bed rather than sofa bed. Otherwise stayed was ok, staff friendly & the large bed was a plus.

My Visit
Rose is absolutely wonderful and very attentive. Every concern or discomfort was 100% addressed by her. I had a problem with my A/C and brought it up to one of the other desk personnel. The A/C was not addressed and I sweated in the room for three days. On day three I talked to Rose about it and she sent the technician immediately. He found my A/C was broken and they offered me another room. I was checking out the next day and did not change. I just don't know why it waited three days and for Rose to address it. It seems that the other desk clerk was not concerned but Rose was all over it.
I ate the breakfast for the first time but will not go back. The selection was not good, the food was not appealing and it smelled like old grease. It was not good for me, maybe others will like it but not me.
As far as everything, I will continue to stay at this hotel. The Korean Restaurant below is absolutely amazing. I am looking forward to my next visit minus these little irritations.
