I had a late flight due to a delay and I really appreciate the front office staff Mr. Raju from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India for helping me with a late checkout.
I was genuinely impressed by the way he handled my request with a warm smile, patience and such a helpful attitude. The entire front office team was very polite, friendly and accommodating. They assisted me without any hesitation and made the experience really pleasant.

Breakfast here was good, staff members were great, Martha especially took good care of me and very professional service
The location gives city life vibes, the atmosphere is amazing with great people around, rooms are comfortable and clean at all times. The service is excellent especially the waiters, Sharon and Amor, are so friendly.
We had a great time at grand millennium al awadhi hotel. The hotel buffet was always on point and it is worth every Dhiram. Martha was one of the staff at the buffet and was always very helpful, kind and friendly. Thank you Martha for making our stay extra special.
