I had a truly wonderful experience at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, especially at the Club Lounge. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and well looked after.
A special thank you to Teddy at the Club Lounge. She was always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her professionalism, hospitality, and the way she takes care of the lounge and its guests really stood out. She genuinely made our time at the lounge more enjoyable.
I would also like to thank Bashir at the counter, who gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful. In fact, I want to thank all the staff at Dusit Thani. Everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi has definitely become one of my favourite hotels in Abu Dhabi. Whenever I am staying in Abu Dhabi, it will always be one of my first choices, and I would happily come back again and again. The hospitality, atmosphere, service, and overall experience were excellent.
If I could offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the food we ordered. The food was fine, but considering the excellent standard of the hotel in every other area, I was expecting the dining experience to be a little more special and memorable. I feel there is an opportunity to elevate the flavours, presentation, and overall quality so that the food reflects the same high standard as the hotel's exceptional service and hospitality.
For a hotel like Dusit, it would be wonderful for the in-room dining experience to become something guests genuinely look forward to — where they naturally prefer ordering from the hotel rather than considering outside options. This is simply a suggestion because the overall experience was so positive, and I believe an enhanced dining experience would make an already excellent stay even better.
Other than this small point, our experience was excellent. Thank you again to Teddy, Bashir, and all the wonderful staff at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. You made our stay memorable, and I will definitely be coming back.
I stayed in this hotel for 14 days I loved the cleaning service it was very good, clean and fast there was a very good cleaning staff I think his name was Dilip S.
Great hotel close to the office i have been working. Excellent selection of restaurants with good food and attentive staff. Very efficient check in. Nicely appointed room. The service in the club lounge was amazing, with Roberto and Teddy taking care of me so well. This is my new home in Abu Dhabi. See you next week.

Every touchpoint—from check-in to housekeeping—reflects genuine hospitality and high standards. Arrivals and departures are always handled effortlessly, largely thanks to the phenomenal concierge and bell desk team. A special, heartfelt note of thanks goes to Mr. Monketh from the luggage team. Right from the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm welcome and took care of my bags swiftly and carefully. His proactive attitude, friendly smile, and willingness to help made a lasting positive impression. It is dedicated staff like Mr. Monketh who elevate a stay from great to exceptional. I highly recommend Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to returning soon.
