Binod is the key to your enjoyment while visiting Abu Dhabi!
The staff at the Crowne and associated facilities have become family to me. Concierge Binod will go out of his way to insure you are well taken care of. His 16 years work experience in AD ensures all your needs will be met no matter the request. This staff is humble a genuine. I rate them 11 out of 10!

Crowne Plaza Hotel, Yas Island - Highly Recommended!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the sumptuous breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
A special thank you to the amazing staff, especially Rojina and Maricar, for being so helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the amenities are great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, the room was comfortable, quiet, and offered great value for money.
