Very nice stays. Special thanks for reception ladies Maricar and Rojina.
Best stay ever
Returning for a second stay only confirmed why we loved our first visit so much. Maricar continues to provide amazing service with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for her guests. She always makes us feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make every stay memorable.
This trip was extra special because we were celebrating a friend's birthday. We casually mentioned it to Maricar and honestly didn't expect anything. To our surprise, after spending the evening at Warner Bros. World and returning to our room, we found the sweetest birthday setup waiting for us. Maricar had arranged a cake, balloons, and a lovely birthday greeting in the room.
It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise that completely made our day. Her kindness, attention to detail, and effort to make our celebration special truly touched us. She went the extra mile, and it's a memory we will never forget.
Thank you again, Maricar, for your outstanding hospitality and for always making guests feel so valued and cared for. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we can't wait to come back for another stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent Stay and Wonderful Service!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience.
A special thank you to Maricar, who was extremely accommodating and made our stay even more special by arranging an upgrade to a suite room. We truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Princess for her warm and attentive service with the refreshments. She was always pleasant, helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of.
Overall, the staff were professional, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island and would definitely return!
From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. A special mention to the team looking after the cars, who were brilliant and attentive every single time we dropped off or collected our car throughout the weekend — thank you to them!
We arrived early as we wanted to collect our attraction vouchers before heading to the parks. The team checked us in, gave us our vouchers and we were on our way. When we returned to the hotel later that day, our luggage had already been taken up to our room, which was a lovely touch after a long day.
We called to have the sofa bed set up for the children and requested some extra water and towels, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The room itself was clean and spacious, even with the sofa bed out.
After long days at the parks, we ordered in-room dining both evenings. The food was really good and, once again, the staff were excellent.
Breakfast was by far one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast team genuinely go above and beyond. A special thank you to Kiran, Govind, Kate, Sushish, Sherin, Su, Luca and Jacob, who looked after us so well over both mornings.
A special shout-out to the chefs too — the food was excellent, always fresh and constantly topped up throughout breakfast. There was a fantastic selection with plenty of choice to meet the different needs and preferences of everyone in the family. The coffee was also excellent — hot and actually good, which isn’t always the case with hotel breakfast coffee!
Prasad deserves an extra special mention for going the extra mile with our eggs made to order and for helping make our children’s special breakfast on our final morning. It was really appreciated and a lovely way to finish our stay.
Checkout was smooth and efficient too.
My only suggestion for the hotel would be to consider reducing the number of single-use plastic water bottles in the rooms. Reusable glass bottles would be a great, more environmentally friendly alternative.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay. What stood out most was the service — I genuinely can’t remember staying anywhere where every single member of staff we interacted with was so friendly, helpful and attentive. It really made a difference to our weekend.
We would absolutely stay again. Thank you to the whole team at Crowne Plaza Yas Island for making our stay so enjoyable!
