The Deluxe Family Suite was definitely the highlight. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our big family, with a receiving area and two large beds. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home.

The hotel is at a prime location since it has a bus stop right in front of it. There’s no trouble going out and about in the city. Staff are very accommodating, from the receptionists (thanks to Sir Chris Andrei and Ms. Leann) to the bellboy. We had no fuss checking in and out.
In terms of the room, we booked the deluxe family suite. It’s very spacious and clean. Perfect for a big family. It has a receiving area and 2 big beds. Facilities are complete; has towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash. Our stay was very comfortable. This is a good price for the best stay!

Really good hotel specially Louie from Reception that is very helpful and welcoming during the check in, she is definitely one of the best staff in the hotel. The Lunch buffet was also great with many options. We will definitely come back. Totally recommend!
City Season Hotel Restaurant is the best. Good food for Brekfast, Lunch and Dinners. Very Recommended
