Always a Pleasant Stay
I’ve stayed at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel multiple times and always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I’ve also been lucky enough to receive room upgrades on some stays, which was a wonderful touch. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and key areas of Abu Dhabi. Comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location. Highly recommended!

Prominently located to the city center where every shops are walking distance. I don't have to use our car fir the entire stay. The room given to us was an upgraded room, one of our visitor said the room was big. Truly it's a value for our money. Thanks to the welcoming staff at the reception wjo truly knows what we need. That's how they connect with their guests. So thank you for City Seasons!

Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Lean, Louie, Shashi, and Mr. Karim for their kind assistance and excellent service during check-in.
The room was spacious and had a pleasant, comfortable ambiance. The cleanliness was also up to acceptable standards, making the stay enjoyable overall.
