Heythem reception duty manager is an individual that treats clients/customers as personal family members. He is a person that will go an extra mile to seek customer satisfaction, even though he is not required to. He is a person that would take any rating experience from a five star to an easy seven star. We strongly recommend Bab Al Qasr Hotel.

Heytham who works In reception( could be a manager ) very helpful And caring , been delayed and had a lay over for 12 hours , and he me comfortable and looked after me all day thanks Heythem
