The staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and wonderful with our two little kids. Special thanks to Sajath and Rahat from housekeeping for their adorable towel art, which the kids absolutely love, and to Akhilesh from the bell desk for always being so helpful.
The smiling faces at breakfast and the kind reception team made our transition to a new city so much easier. Truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️✨
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff the service the hotel overall was brilliant, would definitely recommend and will be staying again. It’s great value for money. We had to call maintenance but that was resolved almost immediately. Special thanks to the room cleaners who always made the room brand new and surprised the kids with towel animals, especially Rahat and nayan
It was a very nice experience and the atmosphere was amazing, the service was great and the staff was really attentive and friendly as well as helpful, specifically shrijina! The rooms were really clean and the towel animals were adorable!
