Amazing Staff
Everyone is so nice and Starting from check-in. I recommend Ms.Thel(Manager),Priyanka, Jessa all are friendly and amazing smile to everyone. Breakfast is so incredible. Love to come back again
Amazing stayed
We had a lovely stay at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana.
The staff were very friendly and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to the Reception Visor A Filipina for being so welcoming.
As a Rotana member, I appreciate the consistent service and facilities.
Would like to thank the Manager from cafe 302 for being so kind, nice & welcoming. The food so good.
My only suggestion is for housekeeping to pay more attention to detail during cleaning.
Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to my next stay.

Very Clean and comfortable
Clean and comfortable hotel with great Choice of foods
Excellent Place..beautiful ambience
Excellent room and services...well equipped bathroom and room. They paid attention to the minutes details like choice of pillows. Every aminty required had a qr quote to ask.
The only drawback is the location of the hotel. It has a shabby neighbourhood with smelly corners and gullies. Breakfast have no idea as did not take but it was full. Amenities like gym etc were there but did not use.

Excellent service / lovely rooftop jacuzzi
Stayed end of December.
Good weather - sunbathed at the roof top pool for 2 days. Jacuzzi was so lovely and warm even at 8pm in the evening - loved it. Really made our stay. Towels at the pool were included.
Breakfast sometimes was a little busy but something for everyone available.
Room comfy. Only negative thing would have been the shower not very powerful - also have to switch the hot water on.
Location was ideal if you like walking if not reception will sort you out a taxi.
Reception / concierge were excellent at helping us as we our prearranged transfer to the airport was late ! They never left us and kept ringing on our behalf
