The experience at the hotel was very bad starting from the room where it had no drinking water and the fridge is not working as well , and when I asked for extra water he gave me 2 small bottles and said you have to pay extra money for drinking water in the room ,, we were 2 adults and three kids .
The wall of the room is in very bad condition and everything in the room was prepared for one person only such as towels and hair kit ext…
When I asked for extra pillow for the kids I was told we don’t have any , the. I was given one extra only which is definitely not enough for three kids despite the bad attitude of the housekeeper.
The buffet was very disappointing and before I book I asked about it and they said it is fixed and it is better now they don’t even offer any drinks except water , and the serving plates were empty and took a very long time for them to refill it, they even closed before 10 and told us to pay extra money if we want to drink a cup of water .
They know that the hotel is fully booked they should be prepared in a better way for that very bad experience for a 4 star hotel . It was much better few years before .
We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Mussanah Resort. The resort was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
A special thanks to Samira at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude. She made our check-in experience smooth and ensured that we felt well taken care of.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Barceló Mussanah Resort to others. We look forward to visiting again!
Great value for money, different activities and sports on economical charges, what need improvement is dinner buffet, lack of variety of food options in dinner was one negative point for me overall it was great experience
Barcelo Mussanah is a huge 2 blocks hotel, which with some colour outside could be an eye catcher and differ from many hotels worldwide. I got a free upgrade to a large studio with balcony on the 4. floor. The view across harbor and beach was magnificent. Meals were a good mixture of western and local food, you could sample a new exotic dish every day, deserts were a mouthwatering delight. The pools are beautiful, the beach ideal for families. You can walk far into the ocean to reach shoulder deep water. The staff is awesome and very friendly and helpful. Dive Center SeaOman offers daily trips to damaniyat islands where amazing coral reef and fish life is waiting for you.
An absolutely exceptional dining experience!!!! This is truly a high-class restaurant in my opinion one of the finest restaurants in Oman The atmosphere, service, food, and attention to detail were outstandingA special thank you to esther our wonderful waitress for her professionalism kindness My sincere appreciation also goes to Chef Subamani very nice for the excellent pizza People like esther and Chef Samoni are what make a restaurant truly special Their hospitality and dedication represent Highly recommended!!! If you are looking for a sophisticated dining experience with excellent hospitality and outstanding food this is definitely a place to visit in Oman I will certainly be coming back again.
