My wife and I had a great time at the Taj Cove. The hotel is very beautiful - green, with amazing access to both sea and the backwater. But the people made the experience even better. Especially the chef Mr Har Singh and his team of Deepak, Nitisha, Anni and everyone serving us and helping us were amazing. The operation manager, Sebastian also took great care of us. We were traveling to another Taj property and they made sure to contact the other property and prepare everything for us. They always had smile in their faces and were eager to do more than required to make us at home. What a great bunch of people.
Had a great time...we were well taken care off....but a special mention about a good humble person we met was Chef Harsh Rawal....he took care of us from breakfast to dinner....thank u we need more people to take care like this to make our stay happy
The stay was awesome , excellent hospitality , excellent hosting and extraordinary food ....worth a repeat ....Stayed at the Presidential Suite ....Chef Rawat, GM Vargese, Director Varun , Shiva and his team, restaurant team, buggy team ....all excellent ...Chatwalji its a winner hands down...
A Beautiful Family Stay at Taj Green Cove, Kovalam,Trivandrum We had a wonderful family stay at Taj Green Cove, Kovalam, and it was truly a memorable experience. The beautiful property, peaceful surroundings, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our stay very special. A special mention to Dhiraj and Mani from the restaurant team. Their exceptional service, warm smiles, attentiveness, and genuine care made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. They were always courteous and went the extra mile to make sure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. People like Dhiraj from Bait restaurant and Mani from Jasmine restaurant truly represent the spirit of Taj hospitality. Their personal touch made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Taj Green Cove team for making our family holiday so beautiful and memorable.
