Our recent stay at Taj Malabar Resort & Spa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the legendary Taj warmth was on full display with a seamless check-in and an exceptionally welcoming team. The resort’s unique location on Willingdon Island offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the harbor and serene backwaters. We had planned a dinner at the Rice Boat at Taj Malabar, expecting a lovely evening, but what I didn’t know was that a beautiful surprise had been planned for me.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahilan, who took the initiative to make the evening truly memorable. He worked closely with my partner to plan and execute the surprise so thoughtfully, paying attention to every little detail and making sure everything went perfectly. His effort and genuine care made the evening even more special.
And a special shout-out to Ahilan for his photography skills! He captured some beautiful moments from the evening, giving us wonderful memories that we can look back on for years to come.
Kudos to the entire team for making the dinner experience absolutely superb. Special thanks to Chef Manoj, Anil Maharoof, Ishani and the restaurant team, Abhay, Victor and Jibin. They not only ensured that the food was amazing, but also went the extra mile to make the entire evening an experience we will definitely remember.

Fabulous hotel stayed 6 nights. Our rooms were spotless, staff excellent, food including breakfast was some of the best we've ever had. Highley recommended for a luxury getaway.
A special mention to the Front Office team, especially Angel, and Mr. Suriya from the Service team. They were extremely warm, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The food quality was absolutely amazing, and we personally loved the food. The overall hospitality and experience were wonderful.
One small suggestion would be to ensure that all guests feel equally comfortable and welcomed, as there were a few moments when we felt slightly uncomfortable due to interactions with some other guests. We understand that every guest is different, and this was only a minor part of an otherwise wonderful stay.
Amazing experience at the Rice boat within Taj Malabar Cochin. Ahilan our server was an extremely attentive and knowledgeable host - he helped us choose the best menu which was the 5 course seafood menu , which I highly recommend for others
