Enjoyed a wonderful dining experience.The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared. The hotel also had a very warm, pleasent and neat ambience which added to the over-all experience. Highly recommended.

1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Service
I stayed at Le Méridien Kochi on 5th September 2026 in Room No. 320 under the reservation name Nizamudheen NM. Unfortunately, the entire day was spoiled due to the poor service and experience with the hotel team.
On 12th September, I visited the same hotel for dinner, and I was told that the Duty Manager would call me regarding my previous experience. Even at checkout, I received the same assurance. However, I have not received a single call until now.

Excellent Hospitality at Le Méridien Kochi
Another wonderful stay at Le Méridien Kochi. The warm hospitality and attentive service continue to make my visits enjoyable.
I would especially like to appreciate Betcy Grace, GSA – F&B, for her courteous, professional and genuinely caring service. Her pleasant approach and attention to guests certainly add value to the overall dining experience.
