It was a wonderful experience. The entire staff as a team is doing a wonderful job. Hospitality at its peak. Server Chan was having profound knowledge about the menu. Rasna did exclusive refreshing cocktails. Anushka, pam were also on their toes. Special thanks to chef for adjusting to our special changes in the meals. Perfect dining.
We came here to celebrate my birthday, and Bem made the experience so much more special. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our time here. Amazing experience.. you cannot have better food and service.. the staffs hospitality and chefs suggestion were amazing... ezcellent quality of food in every course.. all dishes were perfect. Our best dinner in goa

The reception team was extremely courteous and, subject to availability, kindly upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise and made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.
A special mention to Shreya from Customer Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay personal. During our conversation, I mentioned how much I love beaches, the steam experience, and the pool. She remembered those little details and surprised me with a thoughtful gift. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture, and it truly made me feel valued as a guest.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate Sreeja, the Emergency Care Officer, who assisted me with first aid during my stay. She was extremely sweet, patient, and caring, and handled the situation with such warmth and professionalism. Her kindness and reassuring nature made me feel very comfortable at the time, and I’m genuinely grateful for her help.
We absolutely loved the beach, steam experience, pool, ambience, and overall atmosphere of the property. But what truly stood out was the people — every interaction felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful.
