Budget stay with Bad matress
It's okay to stay in North Goa Cons: Not good matress may get backache Service and property maintenance need to improve ( cats,dogs, fungus ) Too pricey resturant and low quantity

Wonderful memories with SW resort on our 10th anniversary.
The resort is pretty decent but amazed by the service and atmosphere around. This property is located within touching distance from Aswam, Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol beaches. You need to stay more than a day to feel the atmosphere and thier hospitality. Special thanks to Dane, Santosh, Vishanth and Monika.
Tip: Breakfast is tasty and the service is awesome.

Just ok. Not good. Better to find other options.
It is just a average place to stay. Food is good but not the house keeping service. Rooms are old and not clean. Location is good, around 1km from Ashwem and Mandrem beech. Pool depth is just 3 feet. Housekeeping is only from 9 to 5pm. So obviously if you are coming after a beach visit and need your room floor cleaning after 5, no happening. Bedsheets are not clean, outdoor and indoor chairs are dirty. You can find cigarette marks on bedsheets, curtains. Lizards inside room on the roof in the wooden roof gaps. Cockroachs were found in the bathroom. Overall it was below average experience. Need to call reception multiple times to get things done.

Not worst but not the best.
Location is good. Atmosphere is also good (Very good if you want some pictures for your Instagram). Staff is very helpful in any scenario. Rooms are not well maintained (Dustbins were broken, taps were leaking, TV was not working, AC was not working properly, and many more things which should be taken care of). Food was not upto the mark (Especially their buffets). Recommendation: You can find far better Resorts at same price in same locality.
