Amazing Stay
It was an amazing and outstanding experience for our entire team. The JW Marriott, Goa team was extremely superb and very helpful and cooperative in every way possible right from the day we stepped onto the property. It was a beautiful welcoming experience eith all their staff. A BIG thank you to Manish ji, Sanket Chakravarty, Mamta Patel, Puja D, Shawn, Johanne, Rachael, Dale, Shaheen, Deepmala ji, Om, Hridansh, Sanjana. Am extremely sorry if I may have missed out on anyone.

We just returned from a trip to the JW Marriott in Goa, India. We were wowed from beginning to end. The hotel is stunning. Our rooms were amazing. We loved our experiences at the spa and Neon, the arcade. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We loved Pergola and Heliconia. But the most amazing part has been the staff. Everyone from the people at the metal detectors, the greeters, the wait staff, the bell boys, the neon and spa staff to the housekeepers and pool towel boys were so incredibly helpful and polite. We were absolutely thrilled with the service. I wanted to recognize a few who went really above and beyond to make our experience so wonderful. Mary at Pergola was so sweet and greeted by children by name every time we saw her. The greeters, Rachael and Andrea, were so kind. The person who checked us in, Moni, was so friendly. The waiters at the JW restaurant, Sonal, Naman and Soni were so attentive and took so much trouble to make sure our elder parents were comfortable and happy. The staff at Neon, especially Angelica, were so great with our kids. The spa staff that did our hammam were excellent. We had a wonderful dinner at Heliconia and had a fantastic waitress and had a really nice chat with the chef. The person who really went above and beyond was our concierge, Steven. He recommended an absolutely incredible restaurant for my husband’s birthday that we never would have found ourselves but loved so much. The food was great and so was the music. He even told them it was my husband’s birthday so the staff brought a cake and the band sang happy birthday along with the whole restaurant. It was such a memorable experience. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
