We did not stay at the hotel but dined there for three days as Club Marriott Members Top class dining at Heliconia where Gayatri introduced us to the menu of Japanese / Peruvian fusion cuisine Dinner at The Pool Bar / italian , where Chef Shakshi served us delicious salad and cooked us a perfect Pizza. But most striking was her warm smile, friendliness and affection , we felt we were with family.Her associate Sherpa ably assisting her. Lunch at the Kitchen , Chef Rohit with Ritesh ji have us a delicious Goan lunch after listening carefully to our expectations Breakfast at the Kitchen was a lavish spread, fresh bakes, multiple cuisine choices and ever eager staff to serve us,Chef Akash personally prepared Chole Bhature for us At breakfast, I had noticed s smart gentleman in a suit attending to children. I was touched. By chance we met up in the lobby and after introductions, I learnt he was the G M Akshay Taneja Sir who ordered Champagne for us in the lobby.We told him we were so impressed with the hospitality that wanted to bring our whole family at JWM Goa for upto two weeks.He immediately called Director is Sales and Marketing Akshay Shetty ji and asked him to prepare a good package for us whenever we decide to come. We stayed at the property from 26th September to 2nd October, and our experience was absolutely amazing. A special mention goes to Puja Dev, whose warmth, attentiveness and exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, Puja made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. She was extremely professional, approachable and thoughtful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable and taken care of.
What stood out the most was her personal attention to detail and the way she anticipated our needs without us even having to ask. Her hospitality added a very special touch to our entire stay.
The JW Marriott Goa Vagator is a beautiful property, but people like Puja are what truly elevate the guest experience.
A heartfelt thank you to entire Hotel team & Pooja Dev for making our stay from 26th September to 2nd October so wonderful. She is a true asset to the Marriott team.
