All well 😊 Mahesh was Particularly very sweet and hospitable with a smiling face all the time...made us feel 🤗 Siva was very kind and Polite. Beverly took care of our needs 😊 Hopefully we should come back soon. Food was amazing..Kudos to the chef.. authentic and delicious food for all meals. Guard Sumit was helpful too 🙂

Great Experience in serene South Goa

My wife and I just had our first experience at Jasminn, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

The rooms were impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. And the food? Simply awesome! We both enjoyed every single meal to the fullest, a true highlight of our trip.

What really set Jasminn apart was the outstanding staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite and genuinely friendly.

 A special shout-out is definitely in order:

 * My first point of contact, Ms. Baverly, who handled our booking over the phone, was incredibly calm and attentive, truly listening to my needs before reacting.

 * Mr. Gauce at Reception was also fantastic.

 * And big thanks to Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Hanumanth from the housekeeping team for their excellent work.
 
* Finally, every single person in the Restaurant provided us with the most wonderful hospitality.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jasminn, you've certainly made a lasting impression! We'll definitely be back..

A Truly Wonderful First Stay at Jasminn!

I must have given my reviews earlier on the excellent staying facilities of Jasmin, so this time a review of my experience of the current stay at Goa along with a review of this hotel.
To start, I have experienced rains for the first time and though initially apprehensive of the weather, it was like fish taking to water. Enjoyed the rains of Goa as much as the sunshine that I enjoy here everytime. This experience helped me change my perspective of Goa being the place to be visited during my frequent visits in Oct-Nov, to anytime of the year if you just keep an open mind.
I have missed keeping a count of my visits to this extraordinary place called Jasmin which my family likes to call my second home. We have been visiting it regularly since 2018 and never has it disappointed us. The Place, the staff, the food, the experience always ends up in me wanting more. As always I decided to go there for a specific number of days this time 5 days and as always ended up increasing my stay, this time by 3 more days. This is the impact the hotel, their service and the atmosphere can have on you if you decide to go this place.
Tanmoy the GM personally tries to look after the welfare of each guests along with the imppecable working of this property which is really an add on.
Special mention to the staff who made one more of stay memorable, Edison, Raj, Samson, and all the guys from the kitchen, Anil and his boys from room keeping, Gaus Beverly the reception staff along with the ever greeting and bringing smile to your face security staff of Rupendar and all security staff. Kudos guys, keep up the great work. Looking forward to one more visit very soon...!!!

Jasminn Goa, A place close to my Heart ❤️

Jasminn's stay was to check out the property but the hospitality of rank to file made us extend our stay.

Though the reservation was done online, just the reconfirmation call made me feel at home when I was miles and miles away. Thank you Ms. Beverly from the Front office.

Every staff member of the front office - be it Hassan, Gafoor, Bhargav, etc. are so caring that it is difficult to put it in words what aspect of their personality scores the most.

Chef and Edison at their breakfast restaurant are so so very caring.

The general Manager of the hotel Mr. Tanmoy Chatterjee may not be seen all the time but he is aware of every interaction of every guest and so about their respective requirements.

Mr. Tanmoy Chatterjee personally visits every guest personally and enquires about their welfare and the hotel services. Never came across a GM as enthusiastic about the comfort of the guests.

Shiva at the security is extremely helpful.

AN UNDERSTATED GEM. LEAP INTO JASMINN HOTEL - AM HOTEL KOLLECTION

Went there with family to celebrate our wedding anniversary, however the experience left a lot to be desired. The place has a lot of potential, and we were told we landed in off-peak season, however it did not excuse the poor service we were dished out.
They did not even bother enquiring if we were celebrating anything or visiting for any occasion (something most decent hotels do). 
Looks like they are only interested in foreigners and the peak season, rest of the time, go at your own risk.
 
Pros:
The rooms are nice with wooden furniture and creative decor, same goes for common areas, shower was nice
The main pool was closed for renovation, but they have a second one near the restaurant, it was clean and nice.
The food was very tasty, and prices were reasonable including the room service fee
The breakfast options were decent, and quantity was great so was the taste
There are a lot of books/novels for avid readers
There are few board games which can be brought to the room, a well-maintained games room, a small gym (no AC when we went, just a fan) and a lawn area

Cons:
Receptionist was rude and was not interested in helping us or having a polite conversation, couldn't care less about us throughout our stay
The complimentary beach service is a sham, 11 AM drop to the beach and 11:15 AM pick up from beach (foreigners go for sunbathing during mid-day we were told). Next drop is 4 PM, pickup 4:15 PM, last drop is 6 PM and pick up 6:15PM. So you either stay 2 hours from 4 - 6 or find your ride back. And if you go mid-day, god help you. 
The rooms were stuffy and smelled, needed air freshener and a change of rooms
The room cleaning was not done despite multiple reminders, same goes for tea/coffee kits - everything needed multiple follow ups and calls.
Not much to do for kids

Premier Room

Comfortable and convenient, these rooms offer guests everything they could need during their stay. Rooms include a balcony with lovely views, private bathroom, free toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, soundproofing, ironing facilities, desk, seating area, Flat-screen TV, fan, safe and free Wi-Fi.

Deluxe Room
