Every time my family plans a visit to Goa, one of the first calls I make is to Nishad Ma’am, and she is always exceptional. She made our booking experience incredibly smooth and effortless.
A special mention to Drisha at the Front Desk. The moment we entered the resort, she made our family feel so comfortable and welcomed. She arranged our room quickly, and throughout our interaction, her politeness, warmth and ready-to-help attitude truly reminded me of the standards that the Taj brand stands for. People like Drisha are the reason guests keep coming back.
