Yes there were hiccups, like any event which we all keep hosting which I kept sharing and expressing to team. But I am glad we could be addressed and act on it ! I guess the only thing I felt lagging is a quick, self owned responsibility and responsive time, these area needs improvement. Rest I love the hotel and team like always i say, it's one of my favourite property to work with in South.

Lovely food and lovely ambience. Such lovely staff. Nikhil, Cinandra and Ashika attended to us and we felt very very welcomed
The rooms were well maintained, the staffs were really helpful. Mr Hemanth helped us with all the requirements we had. Overall a good experience.
The atmosphere, the rooms, the walk in the resort, the friendly staff especially Hans and Akhilesh made sure that my family and I had a lovely time at Bfast and made my daughter feel super special. Sempal from Smiles club needs a mention too for making my daughters stay lovely . Thank you to the team :) will surely be back
