Nestled between the Aguada foothills and the tiny hamlet of Candolim, this boutique resort is situated just 250 m from the sandy beach. By the beach, guests will find Candolim village, which has a modest selection of local stores and eateries. Panaji, the capital of Goa, is 15 km away and the nearby Baga, Calangute, Vagator and Anjuna beaches are easily accessible by car. The railway station is 20 km from the hotel and Goa International Airport is only 42 km away.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The restaurant is very near to Candolim beach.Very cooperative staff and management.Delicious food and a vast buffet.Excellent activities for entertainment.Very clean rooms with all amenities required.A very jolly atmosphere with a hearty crowd. Their musician is also very nice .
We had a issue the taxi union outside the hotel didn't permit our taxi to come to the hotel.Mr pravin the manager helped us by dropping us to a common location where our taxi could pick us up.
