Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent boutique 5 star hotel. Conviniently located Pinto Vadoo with full of Resturant and shops and a 5 minute walk to Candolim Beach. The room was spacious with a big enough balcony to sit out.The amenities in the room was more than adequate . The Breakfast spread and options were excellant. And its always good to see the owner's of the property taking keen interest about the comfort of guests and interacting with them at breakfast. It gives a feel of personalised service and not the usual standard though reliable corporate 5 star hotels. We enjoyed the difference. Its not a large hotel but a very comfortable hotel.
Every service was top notch, and it was a great experience. Location was amazing, very close to beach. Atmosphere was amazing. Rooms were always clean and it was value for money. Their breakfast was too good, even for buffet. They had lot of options. And last, but not the least, the angels served us very well. Extremely Professional and polite at all times. They even helped to get cab for sightseeing on short notice.

This resort truely deserves to be No. 1 in ranking. Everything starting from hospitality of staff, cleanliness, promptness of staff, location was top notch. Food served in breakfast and restaurant was delicious. The owner of hotel was personally meeting with all the guests at breakfast time which I have hardly seen anyone doing this in India. Kudos to management for maintaining such high standards of hospitality.
We have had the best time ever at Seashell Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service from every single member of staff has been absolutely amazing. Everyone has been so welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful, making our stay extra special.
A special thank you to Manmath our room Attendant , who has been absolutely fantastic. He did an amazing job and always made sure our room was clean and welcoming.
We would also like to give a big shout-out to Asha at reception and Joy at the front bell hop who was always so polite and helpful, opening the elevators and doors for us with a smile. These little touches make such a difference and really show how much the staff care about their guests. Also a big shout-out out to Samte our breakfast bouncer who made sure we ate enough.
Honestly, every single member of staff we encountered deserves recognition. The hospitality, kindness and service throughout our stay have been second to none.
We cannot thank the team enough for making our holiday so memorable. We have had the best time ever and would absolutely recommend Seashell Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with outstanding hospitality.
