Hospitality at its best! This was the second time we stayed at this property. It's a nice well maintained hotel with cosy rooms. Our week-long stay was made special by the warmth, care ,service and attention of both the housekeeping and the F&B staff. Every small request was handled promptly and efficiently. Naba, the housekeeping supervisor personally saw to the cleanliness of our room each day and added a small personal touch with beautiful creative towel arts each day. Debojit, Dipanjan, Sandeep and Ayush were absolutely superb with their service.Despite the breakfast time being super busy, they would take out time to speak to each of the guests to see that they were being catered to properly. The executive chef Manindra was also warm and took out time to chat with us. It's these things that win your heart and make you want to go back there again and again. The only blip was the behaviour of the front office staff Akash Singh during our checkout. He is completely unsuited to be working at the front desk. No smile, cocky attitude, reluctant to pick up the ringing phone on the desk, and irritated that he had to look up from his phone to answer questions during our checkout.
