had a wonderful and memorable experience at Novotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, elegant, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable and valued. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. A special appreciation goes to Manju, Somnath, Subha, and Mahesh for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and excellent service. They were always attentive, polite, helpful, and made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Their friendly attitude and genuine care really made my stay special.
The restaurant service was also excellent. The food was delicious, fresh, well-presented, and had a great variety of options. Every meal was enjoyable, and the quality of the food truly stood out. The restaurant team was very courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even better.
I would also like to specially mention the room dining service. The food arrived on time, was served nicely, and was absolutely delicious. The convenience and quality of the room dining made the stay even more comfortable.
The pool and pool bar were another highlight of the property. It is a beautiful place to relax, enjoy refreshing drinks, and spend quality time in a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area has a great ambience, and the service at the pool bar was very good.
Overall, Novotel is a fantastic property with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, excellent restaurants, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A big thank you to Manju, Somnath, Subha, Mahesh, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. Their dedication and excellent service truly deserve appreciation. A special thanks to the amazing staff Somnath, Manju, and Sandip for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and friendly attitude. They were very professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal.

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel. The food was really delicious, with a great variety and excellent taste. The overall service was also very good, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.
I would especially like to appreciate the In-Room Dining service, which was prompt, convenient, and well presented. The Pool Bar was another highlight, especially the cocktails, which were refreshing and well prepared.
A special thanks to Manju, Mahesh, Subha, Somnath, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They made my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast & Dining Experience Feedback
I had a wonderful breakfast and dining experience at Square. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented, and the overall dining experience was very pleasant.
The Aisa Bar cocktails were also enjoyable, with a great presentation and taste. The cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and dining area were well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable.
I would especially like to appreciate the staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Manju, Subha, Akriti, Dhamodhar, Mahesh and Somnath were very courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the experience. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made us feel very welcome.
Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food, cocktails, cleanliness, and wonderful staff service. I would be happy to visit again and definitely recommend the experience to others.
