We had a mixed experience during our stay. While the ambiance was pleasant, several aspects fell short of the standards expected from this 5-star property.
• Dining: The vegetarian main course dishes were average and did not meet our expectations in terms of taste. • Hospitality & Service: The restaurant and reception staff were often unresponsive. On a few occasions, our requests were either delayed or ignored altogether. • Check-in & Check-out: Based on the positive reviews we had read, we expected a smoother experience. However, despite arriving slightly later than the check-in time, we faced a 15-30 minute delay during check-in. During our early check-out, although the reception desk had been informed in advance, no housekeeping staff arrived to assist with our luggage. Due to time constraints, we had to carry our bags ourselves. • Kids-Friendly Facilities: While the dedicated kids' play area is a good addition for families, safety mats were missing, which could be a concern for children. Additionally, the air conditioning was set quite low, making the floor uncomfortably cold for kids to play on.
Overall, while the property has a good ambiance, the lack of attentiveness, service responsiveness, and operational efficiency made the stay disappointing. For a 5-star hotel, guests naturally expect a higher level of hospitality and smoother service. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving staff responsiveness, front-desk operations, and family-friendly amenities, especially during busy periods.
Nice stay, good breakfast and hospitality was overgood. Room was upgraded which was bigger surprise for us and we loved that.
I am enjoying my stay at hyatt centric ,the best part of this hotel is recreation area they have multiple of games ,like ps5,vr games ,pikleball etc .which is really fun and engaging.no need to step out .they have good package of games .praveen bhaiya has given a good games package and ensured that we enjoy the fullest in activity area .we took a package of 3500.and it was worth it .

Had a pleasant stay with clean rooms in a well maintained property. Liked the options in the breakfast spread. The location was easily accessible from all major tourist spots making it a great choice. Overall enjoyed the 3 nights stay there.
The 24/7 restaurant rejected orders from the menu. Gulab jamun a standard indian dessert was refused. the guest room had open cracks below the window and on the wall. The hotel seemed to be running purely because of youngsters. The hotel charges a huge 30% mark up on local transport, making it prohivotive for guests. Senior management is completely absent from guest servicing leaving the guests at the mercy of the whims and fancies of individual executives. This property runs not by design, but accidentally. I won't book it again.
