Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall experience was very good. The staff is very courteous and eager to help every step of the way. Kudos to the team.

The place was amazing the location is worth stay atmosphere of the place was really good and silence no kind of irritation rooms where really good and kept cleaned only the switch board needed a major changes most we re t working loved the amenities and the complimentary games offered to us Also loved the staff service given which was up to mark pls add buggy for people who want to travel from entry gates
Madhumita and Umang were fantastic along with the rest of the staff. Each staff member had a smile and a genuine warmth. Service and approach was very welcoming. Food was on point - each item had distinct flavours and had me going for more.
We have stayed at many hotels, but the genuine hospitality and level of service we experienced here were exceptional. Every single member of staff went above and beyond, and what stood out most was that it never felt forced — people were genuinely warm, intuitive and truly cared about their guests.
A huge thank you to Raghib, Ravi, Jyoti, Raunak, Hashuna, Sagar, Santanu, Deepesh, Ayeushi and Rajveer — and please forgive us if we have missed anyone! Every person we encountered contributed to making our stay so memorable.
A very special thank you to the entire restaurant team. You were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant staff were attentive, warm and incredibly thoughtful, providing everything we needed and so much more. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to take pride in making sure we were happy.
The chefs deserve particular praise for the fantastic food and for being so enthusiastic about experimenting with fusion cuisine. It was wonderful to see such creativity and passion, and the food was consistently excellent.
What really impressed us was how intuitive everyone was. We hardly ever had to ask for anything because the team anticipated what we might need before we even asked. That is the definition of exceptional hospitality.
Jyoti deserves a special mention for teaching us how to make two delicious mocktails — such a lovely and personal experience that we will remember. The entertainment manager was also brilliant, taking the time to recommend places for us to visit and helping us make the most of our stay.
The reception team were wonderful and even treated us to shell necklaces and a Hilton welcome drink and juice — thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The housekeeping team were fantastic, with nothing ever seeming too much trouble. The Feliz restaurant team also went completely out of their way to get us coffees, despite coffee not normally being served there. That level of thoughtfulness really says everything about the people who work here.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa treatment and experience, and the security and parking teams were equally helpful and professional.
And a special thank you to Rajveer, who went above and beyond to help us locate a parcel at Blue Dart. It was something she absolutely did not have to do, but she took ownership and made sure it was sorted.
The hotel itself has excellent facilities, great food and a lovely atmosphere, but honestly, it is the people who make this hotel exceptional.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone — but if we are being completely honest, it is the staff we would come back to see.
