He performs his duties as a Room Attendant with dedication and maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. He is polite, punctual, and professional in his work. His attention to detail in room cleaning and his willingness to help guests and team members are highly appreciated. He takes pride in his responsibilities and always tries to provide the best possible service. Saurav Kumar’s dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to his work make him a valuable member of the hotel team. We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel the staff was very cooperative and disciplined. We want to appreciate the food which was looking after by Sanjay and he was a very good person looking after all the guest. Regarding reception all the staff were humble, cooperative and specially Ms. Banie Housekeeping under the governance of Mr. Rakesh there should be wiper to clean the water in the bathroom and if couple is staying toothbrush should be of different colors. I rate this hotel 9/10.
