I am a B2B agent. I had placed a booking at your hotel for a group. Although the hotel did not receive the full payment beforehand, you still successfully hosted the entire event. The guests had a great experience with no issues, and everything went smoothly. Later on, I cleared the full payment to the hotel. Location- Good Atmosphere- Good Rooms - Not as per 5 star category Cleanliness- 5 marks out of 10 Noice level - 8 marks out of 10 Service - Staff Support was excellent Amenities- 5 marks out of 10
Special Note - Extensive water leakage from the ceiling was noticed in the lobby area and several other areas, indicating a serious maintenance issue. Room lobby area is too narrow i.e. 94 cm. I have a doubt whether this hotel is compliant of fire safety rules or not.
Overall review- Either hotel must degrade from 5 star or must improve hotel infrastructure.
