The front office staff Niraj & Pema, lili were polite, efficient, and always ready to assist. Their cheerful attitude made me feel at home right away. Highly recommend this property for its warm hospitality.

Little bit inside but when you enter the hotel then you can feel the vibe. My kids were happy and kids pool was good and my kids were always there pool boys are very helpful and attentive. They take very good care of our kids. Room was good spacious I have stayed in Novotel also but there rooms are small and not maintained. I think it is the off season and rates are also low it is good value for money this time. As we are travelling with kids the cleaning staff kept are cleaned and 2 times in a day. In the evening DJ is not loud but keep the vibe of the hotel happening and music stops by 10 pm. Peki was the one who made are staying memorable as on my kid Krish birthday she did a good arrangement for us. After everything I must stay it is a family hotel. I have suggestions that hotel needs little upgrade.
