Rude and Unhygienic
Do not book this place! We checked in here today, 3 pm as per hotel rules, after trying to dump us in a room with a roof view, they agreed to move us, left us waiting in the room for 30 minutes then we had to go down to reception and ask, after that they finally gave us another room at 4 pm, we had to move our bags ourselves to the new room, the balcony was disgusting covered top to bottom by pidgon feathers and poop, I do mean everywhere, tables and chairs included, they then at my request attempted to clean it up, but it's not clean not really + we had to sit there while that did it. The very least you expect of a property you choose to stay in, is cleanliness, they've failed spectacularly on that front. So I'm sitting here with my partner now looking for another hotel we can move to tomorrow simply because we can sacrifice money but not hygene! So if you're planning on booking here, trust me, find anywhere but this place! Your health will thank you.
