A wonderful place to enjoy a sumptuous meal with family! The ambience is lovely, warm, and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a special occasion.
We went for the buffet dinner and were truly impressed by the variety and quality of the spread. There was an excellent selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with everything from delicious soups and appetisers to a wide range of side dishes, main courses, and lavish dessert options. There was something for everyone, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
We especially enjoyed celebrating a birthday here with our family. The experience was made even better by the excellent service. Pratiksha and Rohit were very attentive, courteous, and quick to respond to our needs. Their warm and efficient service added to the overall experience.

The food was excellent — beautifully presented, flavourful, fresh, and served with great attention to detail. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the overall quality of the dining experience was exactly what you would expect from a premium property like The Westin.
What made the experience even more memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire team.
A very special mention to Himanshu, Vikas, Raj, Kaushik, and Shikha. Each one of them was incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming, and professional. They were always available whenever we needed anything, while maintaining the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive.
Himanshu was particularly helpful and made sure everything was well coordinated. Vikas and Raj were extremely courteous and attentive throughout the experience. Kaushik was very professional and ensured that the service was smooth and comfortable. Shikha was warm, welcoming, and added a lovely personal touch to the overall experience.
What I appreciated most was the teamwork. It didn't feel like we were being served by individuals separately; rather, the entire team worked together seamlessly to make sure everything was taken care of. From checking on the food to understanding our requirements and ensuring that we were comfortable, their attention to detail was genuinely impressive.
Good food can make a meal enjoyable, but great hospitality is what makes the experience memorable — and this team certainly delivered that.
