Excellent Housekeeping Service – Bikash & Situnu
We had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping team at The Westin Goa, and special appreciation goes to Bikash and Situnu for their exceptional service.
They were extremely courteous, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The room was kept impeccably clean and well organised, and they were always happy to accommodate our requests with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and the genuine care they showed in ensuring that we were comfortable. Their service truly added to the overall experience of our stay.
A big thank you to Bikash and Situnu for their outstanding hospitality. They are a credit to the housekeeping team and to The Westin Goa. Highly recommended!

The most memorable Goa trip
The Westin Goa is a welcoming hotel with caring staff. Located 1.5 hours away from GOI makes it a little hard to commute.
Everything - the rooms, the vibe is top-notch and I would love to thank them for an amazing service.
The few things that dropped the 5-star to a 4-star is their management of events. We (my parents and I) had come to Westin when there were wedding festivities. This caused them to reserve the ENTIRE dining hall on the last day of our trip and made us eat at the T&A restaurant on the second floor where they only served "à la carte". This made us a little upset and when we brought it up with the concerned authorities, they made it up by providing us lunch at our suite room even after checking out.
The second thing would be their communication: - When we checked-in (26th August), we specifically told them that we would be checking out a little later as our flight is not until the evening. Even after communicating, they still called us at 1PM to confirm our check-out (and in the process, woke me up from a really good slumber).
