Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality at Citrus Waskaduwa from Dilan
We had a wonderful dining experience at Citrus Waskaduwa, and a big part of that was thanks to Dilan. He went above and beyond to help us choose the best food, making excellent recommendations throughout our visit.
What impressed us the most was how caring, patient, and kind he was with our 3-year-old daughter. He made sure she was comfortable and took the time to accommodate her needs with genuine warmth and a smile.
Dilan is truly a kind-hearted and professional person who provides outstanding customer service. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Citrus Waskaduwa. He absolutely deserves a 5-star rating for his exceptional service. Thank you, Dilan, for making our visit so memorable!

The over night stay with my two friends
The best over night stay I have ever had with my two friends. Citrus Waskaduwa staff is very friendly and helpful... It was a lovely experience with tasty food and cocktails and mocktails...... There was a lovely set of reception staff and restuarant staff who gave us homely feeling at the hotel all the time..Wish you all the very best!

Citrus the warm nest
From the start of our time here it was very enjoyable stay. At the reception the welcome chat and explanation of what awaited us was very detailed. Also the room was ready for us even before checking in time. Although we expected a buffet lunch the ordered lunch was very nice. Evening we enjoyed the beach and the pool and thereafter free cocktails and dinner buffet. For us the quality time we planned became an unforgettable experience thanks to Citrus and their very attentive staff. Thank you.
