Disappointing experience and misleading information
We booked a full-board family stay based on the dining facilities advertised on the hotel’s website, including the buffet at Lemon Sun Restaurant.
On arrival, there was no buffet and only a very limited menu. We were told this would continue for our stay, and even a request for a simple alternative dish was declined.
The website information did not match the actual service provided, which can be misleading to customers. The way our concerns were handled was also unprofessional, and we ultimately left the hotel.
Although we received a refund, our family vacation was badly affected. Future guests should confirm the actual dining arrangements before booking
Overall experience was greattt. All the staff were really nice
A very nice hotel space. Tranquil view from the beach extended garden space and nice pool. Prabath and the staff extended a very friendly service. Have to mention the tasty food.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well- maintained. The restaurant and service standard require attention. The food options available were limited and lacked variety. The restaurant staff appeared disinterested and did not demonstrate a guest focused approach to service. While the accommodation itself good, the lapses of restaurant service and staff attentiveness impact the overall experience.
