Jetwing Sea

Every staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. This was our first time at the Jetwing Sea, We stayed 2 nights, room by the poolside. Room was spotless, very clean and tidy. Spacious room and bathroom. Pool and the beachside was very clean and maintained very well. We have been at Jetwing Blue many times and compared to the Blue the Sea was 1000 times better, cleaner, not crowded at all, very peaceful place and nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay at the Jetwing Sea. My kids loved the pool and beach sand. We will definitely come back to stay at the Jetwing Sea again.

We recently had a wonderful week-long stay at Jetwing Beach, Sri Lanka, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The reception team Mr Abdul was warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in and our stay smooth from the beginning. The service was attentive and efficient, while the food was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet is a must to get a blissful feel of the sea view and the culinary delights of Sri Lanka. The hotel’s beachfront location is a major highlight, offering a beautiful setting to unwind and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Grab a book, read, let the waves create the music, a great place to witness this feel. The owner's enteprising journey is a lovely read. A copy of the book in all the rooms.

The two swimming pools were another highlight—beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a refreshing swim. The gym and spa facilities were also a great addition for keeping up with a workout routine and a relaxing spa session during the stay. What really stood out was the hotel’s aesthetic vibe and ambience—tastefully designed spaces, a relaxed tropical feel, and beautiful surroundings create an inviting atmosphere throughout the property.

Our stay was in two different rooms, both were spacious and comfortable.

Overall, Jetwing Beach is a great choice for a relaxing seaside holiday, combining excellent hospitality, good food, a fantastic location, beautiful pools, and a wonderful ambience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.

Our stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo was honestly one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we have ever had.

We had originally booked a standard room and, in our request, I mentioned that we would appreciate a high-floor room away from the lift, as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and would appreciate if the hotel could do anything special for us.

The team went far beyond our expectations.

Not only did they honour our request and give us a beautiful high-floor room away from the lift, but they also upgraded us to the best room in the hotel with a small beautiful cake and sweets. The room was absolutely stunning, incredibly spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could possibly need!! From bathrobes and slippers to the extensive toiletries and thoughtful amenities, every detail was taken care of.

But what truly made this stay exceptional was the people.

Every member of staff we interacted with was warm, kind, attentive and genuinely hospitable. It never felt forced or transactional like there was a real sense that they genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful stay.

One small gesture that really stayed with us: we had some food that needed to be heated, and although we were told that the hotel doesn't normally provide this service, the staff were incredibly kind and heated it for us anyway, arranged it beautifully on their own crockery and delivered it to our room. It was such a simple thing, but the thoughtfulness behind it meant so much.

The location is another huge highlight. The hotel sits right on the beach, and the stretch of beach felt incredibly peaceful and extremely private. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted - serene, elegant and relaxing.

We also loved that the hotel offers a private dining experience on the beach, which is such a beautiful option for couples celebrating a special occasion. It felt incredibly romantic, peaceful and classy just the kind of experience that becomes a genuine memory rather than just another dinner.

Throughout our entire stay, we genuinely could not find a single thing to complain about. The room, cleanliness, location, service, food, hospitality and attention to detail were all exceptional.

Jetwing Sea didn't just give us a great room they made us feel genuinely cared for and helped make our celebration incredibly special.
