Lovely hotel with clean, fresh rooms facing the pool and, beyond, the beach. Stayed with our kids here and opted for full board. Lots of great, tasty food options. Wait staff are all very lovely, friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Do not stay here!!
We stayed here for one night on 10 August, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
The hotel is in a very poor and poorly maintained condition. It is clearly an ageing property that has not been properly looked after, and the overall standard was honestly shocking. From the condition of the property, I expected considerably more, especially given the price.
I paid £133 for one night, which is certainly not cheap. For the amount I paid, I genuinely feel that I did not receive value for money and was extremely disappointed with the standard of the hotel.
In my personal opinion, based on the condition we experienced during our stay, the property was nowhere near the standard I expected and felt more like a one-star hotel than the standard advertised.
Sadly, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to my family or friends. I expected a much higher standard for the price and feel that the hotel needs significant investment and maintenance to bring it up to an acceptable level.

We had such a great time we came back once during our trip around Sri Lanka
Lovely way to recover before or after flights
Front of house staff are very attentive and friendly. Room allocated was large and clean. It did have a damp/humid smell, but not too unpleasant. There was a large shower room and seating area as well as the beds. There was balcony. There was a working safe and room service was good. The breakfast is decent, the hotel is situated on a strip so we ate dinners out. The pool area is lovely but the sunbeds next to the pool get filled up quickly so we used the ones just behind the hedge on the sand, not inconvenient. The beach is nice but not private so we just did a walk.

Wish We Had Longer Here
Only had a one night stopover at Jetwing Blue in Negombo but it left a great impression, we’d have loved to stay longer.
The family room was a real highlight. It was extra spacious, and instead of a fold up bed crammed in next to ours, our 18 year old daughter had her own space tucked around the corner. Small thing, but it made a big difference to comfort and privacy.
Staff, pool and location were all solid too. A great option if you’re passing through Negombo, and we’d happily book again for a longer stay next time
