I have stayed at this property probably eight or more times at this point during my business trips to Sri Lanka. It's close to the airport, but provides a beach town vibe, and is relatively convenient. This trip exemplified everything I love about this hotel: it is impeccably clean, always being improved, the food is great, the pools are lovely, and the oceanfront location is beautiful. But the best part is the staff. They accommodated my request for a room that I'm particularly fond of due to its quiet location. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the restaurants, to the pool attendants, to the drivers and housekeeping staff were so kind. Special shout outs to driver Godfrey and room attendant Priyan for going above and beyond throughout my stay. Though many treat it as a transit hotel due to its proximity to the airport, it is really so much more. I cannot wait to return!
