This hotel is one of my favorite since I was young. Been visiting here some years back and now I come back with my parents and fiancee and they also loved this place. We enjoyed the pool so much. Food was amazing and the bar live music was fantastic! Will definitely return again 😊

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and hospitality extended to me during my stay at Club Hotel Dolphin.
A special appreciation goes to the Front Office team, who demonstrated excellent professionalism, warmth, and genuine guest care throughout the experience. Mr. Sanka (RDM), Niroshan (FOM), Lakmal (AFOM), and Asiri (FOE) were extremely attentive, approachable, and efficient. Their coordination and positive attitude created a very welcoming atmosphere and reflected strong leadership and teamwork within the Front Office operation.
I would also like to recognize the Food & Beverage team for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Ganidu (F&B Manager), Raveen (R&B Manager), and Chethani (Management Trainee) were professional, friendly, and proactive in ensuring that everything was well taken care of. Their enthusiasm and willingness to assist made the dining experience particularly enjoyable.
A special word of appreciation must also go to Sous Chef Chanuka and the kitchen team. The quality, presentation, and consistency of the food were excellent, and it was evident that a great deal of care and teamwork goes into delivering the overall dining experience.
What stood out most was the team spirit, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality demonstrated by everyone. Each individual played an important role in creating a memorable experience, and their efforts are a great reflection of the service standards of Club Hotel Dolphin.
Congratulations to the entire team and management for maintaining such a strong service culture. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of everyone mentioned above and would be very happy to recommend Club Hotel Dolphin to others based on this experience.
