It is a well-equipped resort where all rooms feature a balcony or patio with sea and garden view. It offers a selection of restaurants, access to an Ayurveda Centre and good recreational facilities and use of those at the neighbouring Tangerine Beach Resort.
We visited the hotel previous August and it was our first time at Royal Palms but we’ll definitely be back again next year 🌴
When we arrived we didn’t know anyone but from the very beginning all the staff made us feel like we were among friends. A big shoutout to everyone specially the pool attendants and the frontline team ❤️
A special shoutout to the young lady Mrs. Madavii from Guest Relations. Every day she came around to the sunbeds, spoke with the guests and never forgot to check on us and make sure everything was okay. She’s such a friendly and lovely person with a beautiful smile.
She even arranged a saree dressing experience for us and taught me how to wear a saree. I loved it so much that I bought one from a local shop, and now I can wear it by myself...
Madavii is truly a multitasking girl always helping with guest queries and making sure everyone is happy. Just like the signature Royal Palms and bellboys as well. Highly appreciated

Had a fantastic experience at Royal Palm! Special mention to Ms. Dilhani at reception for her warm and prompt service. The buffet was superb with excellent variety and delicious dishes. Will definitely visit again.
We had the most amazing time at royal palms. Its a beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The food is amazing,even though there was only a small amount of guests,due to being low season. I dont know how they managed to put on spectacular choices. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. They simply cant do enough for you, from reception to the room cleaners. I would 100% recommend this hotel. I dressed up on sari evening and want to thank the staff for a lovely experience. The kitchen and pool staff are truly amazing. Hope to return. Well done to all the amazing staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The large grounds provided plenty of space for our child to play and enjoy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly experience.
We all enjoyed the place a lot,the food ,the service in the restaurant was mind pleasant , all smiling face nice guys .. The pool was SUPER and the two guys LAHIRU and SANDITH were entertaining us in a decent and a polite way. Enjoyed all. But with a worry I had to make a complain which I didn't want to make , but as your hotel is doing so super you will have to fix this problem. The guy who was their at the 07ft deep side of the pool at 05:00 pm -05/09//2026 ,was not a suitable person in your group. He was not polite, speaking behaviour was very low graded, arrogant guy ,he made us being uncomfortable staying in that place..... I hope you fix the right person in the right place...
