Me and my wife stay this hotel for 1 night with dinner and breakfast. All the services we got with very satisfied. Clean, easy access, friendly staff, good service..etc.

I visited the resort recently and overall experience was satisfactory because the hotel staff werr very supportive and friendly and they made our stay convenient.

Overall Feedback
- Room condition: The rooms badly need renovation. Water is constantly coming through the bathroom tiles and affecting the bedroom.
- Infant food: We requested baby food for breakfast during dinner the previous evening. However, it took around 30 minutes to prepare the next morning, and we had to ask three staff members to arrange it. When it finally arrived, it was boiling hot and unsuitable for feeding our infant. We therefore had to feed her avocado that we had brought with us.
- Food variety: There was limited variety and insufficient food available during both dinner and breakfast.
- Breakfast service: Several food stations, including the chicken curry, dosa, and isso wade, were not replenished properly. We specifically asked two staff members, including a chef, to refill the chicken curry, but even after 20 minutes it had still not been replenished.
- Food availability: By around 8:00 a.m., most of the breakfast stations were almost completely empty, with only the hoppers continuing to be available.
Overall, these issues were quite disappointing and affected our experience, particularly considering that we were travelling with an infant.

Bad customer service
We stayed and dined here on 26th August 2026. Unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The quality of food at both breakfast and dinner was below expectations with limited variety. The restaurant seating was also an issue — tables were placed too close together and people kept passing by, so we couldn’t enjoy our meals comfortably.
The bar service around 3:30-5.30PM was particularly poor. Long wait times and inattentive staff made it very unsatisfactory.
We hope management addresses food quality, service, and dining space so future guests have a better experience.
