The Taj Samudra is located right at the Galle Face - as you enter the hotel property, you feel the premium-ness! It is the best view of sea and the city from any corner of the hotel. 🌊
The warmth of the staff members, right from the security personnel to the housekeeping staff will make your heart melt. The people of Taj, they are the real Tajness. 🫠
The room was spick and span clean and so thoughtfully designed for maximum experience! While most 5 star hotels would limit themselves when it comes to the add-ons, Taj especially goes beyond limit in this aspect. 💎
The food was excellent, the interiors are grand, the swimming pool was amazing, the fitness centre was well maintained, the club lounge was classy, and the gardens felt so cozy. ✅
It was a truly special personal evening for us, and Taj made sure it was a class apart milestone for our lives! Without going into personal details, I would like to thank each and every member of the Taj team for being so perfect in everything they do. ❤️

We had so much fun at the Taj Samudra! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Bhagya was our waitress for breakfast and she was phenomenal. She was so kind to us and treated us like royalty. She was very excited to hear about our Sri Lankan adventures and she made our experience very fun. Exceptional service and lavish environment.

Pathetic customer service hai taj ka we came to hotel at 1.30, they said 2 o clock rooms will be available, we went out Came at 3, rooms were still not available. Earlier allocated rooms they said are no longer available. At 4 they allocated one after my wife made a verbal complaint. awaiting for the the second room for my son Their WiFi sucks Our room no was 306 and 314 306 was allocated around 4 pm 314 around 4.45. Our initial allocation was 310 and 312, I wonder is it Real 5 star thank god we stayed for 1 night as we check out morning only .. it was a nightmare . ( British citizen ). Mathew x 3
